Organize projects with Collections

Group projects into a personal, nested structure that is easy to browse.

Create and fill Collections

Collections organize your project dashboard without changing a project's access, owner, or collaborators.

How to do it

  1. On the Projects page, select the plus button beside Collections to create a top-level Collection.
  2. Use a Collection's more menu to create a subcollection, rename it, move it under another Collection, or delete it.
  3. Drag a project name onto a Collection to add it, or use Add to collection in the project's own menu.
  4. Remove a project from a Collection when it no longer belongs there; the project itself is untouched.

How Collections behave

A Collection is a label on your dashboard, not a folder that owns the project.

How to do it

  1. A project can belong to several Collections at once, so adding it to a new one leaves its existing Collections in place.
  2. Deleting a Collection — with its subcollections — never deletes the projects inside it.
  3. Stars, archiving and Collections are all personal views; combine them with search and sorting to find work quickly.
