Clear, practical guides for writing, compiling, and sharing LaTeX projects.
Manage your account
Update your profile and sign-in, keep credentials current, and close the account safely.
Profile, email, and sign-in
Account settings hold everything that identifies you rather than a single project.
How to do it
- Open the account menu from the project dashboard and choose Account settings.
- Add and verify further email addresses and choose which one is primary.
- Remember that a verified address is what lets you accept a project invitation sent to it.
- Link or unlink Google, GitHub, and ORCID sign-in so you keep more than one way back in.
Credentials and connected services
The same settings page carries the reusable connections and tokens that other tools use on your behalf.
How to do it
- Use External connections for a GitHub account and reusable WebDAV profiles.
- Use Access tokens for Git and MCP clients, creating one token per tool.
- Review saved credentials and authorized connections regularly, and revoke anything you no longer use.
- Treat a revocation as immediate: the tool holding that token stops working at once.
Delete your account
Deletion is deliberate, delayed, and reversible for a while — by design.
How to do it
- Expect to sign in recently and type a confirmation before deletion starts.
- End an active paid subscription first; deletion cannot run while one is live.
- Deletion signs you out everywhere immediately and erases your projects, sessions, and credentials after 30 days.
- Sign back in before those 30 days are up to cancel the deletion.
